Professional Driver for Hotel Operations

About the role

Transcorp Hilton Abuja is looking for a reliable and professional driver to provide safe, timely, and high‑quality transportation for guests, senior management, and hotel staff. The role supports the hotel’s commitment to hospitality excellence while ensuring vehicles are kept in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Transport hotel guests, senior managers and staff to designated locations safely and punctually.
• Provide courteous, discreet service and assist with luggage handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report faults and keep accurate logs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations and company policies.
• Support hotel operations with errands, deliveries and basic guest directions.

Required profile

• Minimum Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate, hospitality or executive environment.
• Good knowledge of Abuja road networks and traffic regulations.
• Strong command of English and a professional, customer‑service oriented demeanor.
• High level of integrity, discretion and reliability.

Required skills

• Defensive driving certification (preferred).
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
