Production Manager

About the role

Dunamis Prints is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its printing operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for coordinating all production activities, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee printing processes including DTF, large‑format, UV and finishing.
• Monitor material yield, set benchmarks and drive waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate a production team of 10+ staff and shift supervisors.
• Maintain quality standards and verify that every job meets client specifications before dispatch.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of presses and equipment, liaising with technicians for repairs.
• Track inventory of consumables (DTF film, ink, flex, etc.) and work with procurement to prevent stockouts.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports covering output, waste, downtime and targets.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and workplace safety standards.

Required profile

• HND in Engineering, Production, Graphic Arts or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience in a printing, packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record managing a production team of at least ten people.
• Strong analytical ability with KPIs and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Resides in Lagos and available to work Monday‑Saturday.
