Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities, supplier relationships and cost‑management strategies. The role ensures the timely, cost‑effective acquisition of quality goods and services while complying with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations to secure competitive pricing and value for money.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries and supplier performance.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database and identify alternative suppliers when needed.
• Conduct market research on prices, trends and availability of goods and services.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse and other departments to understand procurement needs.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, supplier evaluations and other management reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
• Minimum OND or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPS is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, contract negotiation and inventory management.
