Portfolio Product & Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a product‑mindset, growth‑focused manager to continuously improve a portfolio of live online businesses. The role spans product testing, competitor research, growth ideation, content planning, social media coordination and detailed task preparation for development and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly review and test live websites, platforms, user flows, forms, content and product journeys.
• Identify UX, content and growth improvement opportunities and document them.
• Research competitors and market examples to generate practical ideas.
• Prepare clear written tasks, briefs and instructions for developers, designers and content contributors.
• Support the creation of product updates, social media concepts, content themes and PR topics.
• Maintain active communication channels for each product (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and coordinate content scheduling.
• Track progress of approved tasks, follow up with execution teams and summarize findings.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to accelerate research, writing and planning.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital products from both user and business perspectives.
• Ability to test online products meticulously and spot small issues.
• Excellent written communication to produce clear, actionable instructions.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized and able to work without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Experience in product management, digital project management, growth, content or online business operations.
• Strong written English.
• Good knowledge of websites, user journeys and online customer experience.
