Personal & Executive Assistant

About the role

Rotic Aluminium is seeking a proactive Personal & Executive Assistant to support the founder and multiple business units. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the founder’s calendar, travel arrangements, appointments, and personal tasks.
• Coordinate projects, priorities, and follow‑ups across several business lines.
• Support strategy, research, and business growth initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate brand events, activations, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, and internal documentation.
• Assist with procurement and supplier coordination.
• Provide general administrative support and supervise team members when required.

Required profile

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious, resourceful, proactive and comfortable switching between strategic and tactical tasks.
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to take ownership and solve problems without waiting for instructions.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 200,000 per month.
• Hybrid work model (1‑2 days onsite in Lagos, rest remote).
