Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager

About the role

DLHO Solutions is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant/Lifestyle Manager to support the employer’s daily professional and personal needs in Abuja. The role combines driving, household coordination, child support, and personal administration to ensure a seamless and organized household environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the employer safely to work, appointments, social events, and handle school drop‑offs, airport transfers, and pet visits.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, servicing, insurance and plan efficient routes.
• Coordinate household staff such as chef and housekeeper, monitor inventory, and supervise maintenance vendors.
• Assist with the child’s school routine, homework, meals, and provide responsible supervision when required.
• Manage the employer’s calendar, book personal appointments, organise travel itineraries and keep simple expense records.
• Handle approved household errands, purchases, and liaise with vendors via phone or WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Resident of Abuja with reliable commuting capability.
• Valid driver’s licence and a safety‑conscious driving record.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Highly organised, observant, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable interacting with children and maintaining confidentiality.
