Pastry & Alacarte Chef (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pastry and Alacarte Chef to join our busy food court in Lagos. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of baked goods, fast‑food items and small chops while maintaining high standards of taste, quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, meat pies, sausage rolls, doughnuts and other baked products.
• Cook and serve pizzas, French fries, burgers, sandwiches and related fast‑food items.
• Produce small chops such as samosas, spring rolls, puff‑puff, mosa and gizdodo.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels, assist with inventory management and minimise food waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in menu planning and develop new pastry and snack items.
• Meet production targets and fulfil customer orders within specified timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar pastry or fast‑food kitchen role.
• Entry‑level candidate with a strong passion for baking and food preparation.
