Partnership, Marketing Executive

About the role

The Partnership, Marketing Executive will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies while building and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth for Menatech Strategic Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
• Plan and deliver brand activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee social media and digital marketing activities, including influencer and media collaborations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional assets, and maintain activation calendars.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to support commercial objectives.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and project‑management skills.
