Outlet Manager – Pre‑Opening Team

About the role

Hyatt Regency Lagos, Ikeja is assembling a pre‑opening team for its new property slated to open in 2026. As an Outlet Manager you will lead the daily operations of a restaurant or bar, ensuring the guest experience aligns with Hyatt’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting and compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, handle inquiries, complaints and special requests.
• Train, mentor and motivate staff, conduct regular meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Achieve revenue targets while controlling costs, maintain accurate financial records and coordinate promotions with sales and marketing.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and innovate to improve outlet performance.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hotels or large‑scale restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, cost control and guest satisfaction.
• In‑depth knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu planning and inventory management.
