Outlet Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead a premium hospitality outlet in Lekki, Lagos. The role combines operational oversight with commercial accountability, ensuring both exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the assigned food, beverage or hospitality outlet, guaranteeing smooth service across all shifts.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences while maintaining consistent service standards.
• Supervise, coach and motivate frontline staff, including service and support teams.
• Monitor revenue, daily sales, average spend and other key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve guest spend and boost outlet profitability.
• Oversee cash handling, POS controls, billing accuracy and daily reconciliations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage and related operational costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stores, finance, housekeeping, security and other teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure proper staffing and preparation for peak periods, events and special activations.

Required profile

• BSc/HND or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–7 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in outlet, restaurant or F&B management.
• Proven ability to manage people, revenue, inventory and service operations simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and leadership presence.
• Willingness to work hospitality schedules, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
