Optician – Vision Care Specialist

About the role

Join Soteria Eye Clinic as an Optician, providing high‑quality vision care to patients in Lagos. You will work closely with optometrists and ophthalmologists to ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision‑correcting devices.
• Interpret prescriptions and advise patients on appropriate options.
• Maintain accurate records and manage inventory of optical products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to deliver comprehensive eye care.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Optician.
• Diploma or degree in Opticianry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with optical software and related technology.
