Operations & Admissions Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Admissions Manager to lead the full admissions lifecycle and optimise day‑to‑day operational processes for our educational institution in Lagos. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students while ensuring that internal workflows run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end admissions process, including lead tracking, application handling, interview scheduling and enrollment conversion.
• Engage candidates through information sessions, campus tours and enrollment consultations.
• Set and monitor enrollment targets, adjusting recruitment tactics to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach initiatives with candidate pipelines.
• Design, document and continuously improve operational workflows for academic scheduling, facility management and student services.
• Administer enrollment software, CRM databases and other administrative platforms to ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as the central hub between faculty, marketing, student services and leadership.
• Support budgeting, track departmental expenditures and manage third‑party contracts.

Required profile

• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
