Office Tools & Data Analysis Instructor

About the role

Anchorsoft Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Office Tools & Data Analysis Instructor to deliver practical, instructor‑led training in Lagos. You will guide learners from beginners to professionals in mastering Microsoft Office, Power BI, SQL and related AI‑enhanced productivity tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom sessions on Microsoft Excel (foundation to advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Teach Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Provide SQL training for data extraction and analysis.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and supporting learning materials.
• Mentor students, track progress, and maintain academic records.
• Continuously update course content to reflect current industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience delivering Microsoft Office or data‑analysis training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to beginners.
• Problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities.
