Office Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

The Office Registered Nurse (RN) will work from our Lagos office supporting the home health agency’s clinical documentation, quality assurance and record oversight. The role ensures compliance, accuracy and readiness for surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Review and sign medication profiles, comprehensive assessments and physician orders.
• Complete and sign new MD orders, communications, and medication profile updates.
• Perform discharge and transfer assessments.
• Perform QA reviews of communications, orders, OASIS assessments, skilled nursing notes, HHA notes, care plans and orders.
• Carry out chart audits for active and discharged patients.
• Maintain and review EMR reports including infection control, incidents and complaints; monitor HbA1c results.
• Oversee Home Health Aide notes, orders and care plans; conduct supervisory visits.
• Ensure clinical records are organized for survey readiness.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, OneDrive).
• Excellent organizational, auditing and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
