Office Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Documentation & QA

About the role

Emile Creer Innovations Limited is seeking an experienced Office Registered Nurse (RN) to support its home health agency operations from an office setting in Lagos. The role focuses on clinical documentation review, quality assurance, and oversight of home health records to ensure compliance and survey readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Review and sign medication profiles, comprehensive assessments, physician orders, and new MD communications.
• Perform QA reviews of communications, orders, OASIS assessments (SOC, Recertification, Discharge, Transfer), skilled nursing notes, HHA notes, care plans, and orders.
• Conduct chart audits for active and discharged patients.
• Maintain and monitor EMR reports, including infection control, incidents, complaints, and HbA1c tracking.
• Oversee Home Health Aide (HHA) documentation, conduct supervisory visits, and ensure quality compliance.
• Organize clinical records and reports to support survey readiness.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related setting.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and ability to work independently under strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OneDrive.
