Office and Bakery Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Cleaner to maintain a spotless environment in both our office and bakery production areas. The role involves daily cleaning tasks, waste management and supporting health and safety standards in a fast‑moving food service setting.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and clean office floors, furniture, windows and doors; empty waste bins and restock restroom supplies.
• Keep bakery production floors, worktables, racks and proofing areas clean; remove flour dust, dough residue and other waste throughout the day.
• Clean bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers and cooling racks following approved sanitation procedures.
• Collect, dispose and disinfect bakery waste bins according to company guidelines.
• Wear protective equipment, use cleaning chemicals safely and report any spills, hazards or equipment defects.
• Assist with scheduled deep‑cleaning and other housekeeping duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to stand, lift and clean for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow hygiene and safety instructions.
• Willingness to work in a bakery production environment.
• Prior cleaning experience in a bakery or food production facility is an advantage.

Required skills

• Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
