About the role
The National Premium HORECA Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies for Nigeria Distilleries Limited’s premium HORECA channel across the country. This senior position requires strong relationship building with key accounts and the ability to drive brand visibility in a highly competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement national strategies for the premium HORECA channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key premium accounts.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with HORECA partners.
- Oversee brand activations and visibility initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) for alignment.
- Track performance, provide insights to management, and ensure ROI.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HORECA team.
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Required profile
- First Degree or HND (MBA is an advantage).
- 7–10 years of experience in FMCG, preferably wines & spirits.
- Strong HORECA experience.
