Medical Sales Representative – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our Lagos office. In this role you will promote our pharmaceutical and medical device products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and drive growth within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new markets, business opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and healthcare stakeholders.
• Promote the company's products while addressing clients' needs and objectives.
• Develop the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Manage existing customer accounts while acquiring new business.
• Plan and execute daily sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in a Medical Science‑related discipline.
• Previous experience in medical sales and marketing.
• Proven experience in the sales of medical devices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
