Key responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect case histories before appointments.
• Update and maintain accurate patient health records.
• Assist patients with initial paperwork and answer queries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, tests, and examinations.
• Process insurance claims in compliance with legal requirements.
• Use medical software to record transactions and manage financial accounts.
• Maintain receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records up to date.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to order supplies and support examinations.
