Marketing Sales Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Sales Lead to drive growth and increase sales for our shipping and logistics business. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on team leadership to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that generate business growth and boost sales.
• Supervise, motivate and manage the marketing team to meet individual and departmental sales targets.
• Plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns, tracking metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research, analyse data and identify trends to inform strategy.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across all channels.
• Re‑engage former customers and pursue new business opportunities.
• Track and report on departmental performance against sales targets.
• Develop marketing policies and ensure compliance with company dress code and professional standards.

Required profile

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business or a related field (MSc/MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 3‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing within freight or logistics.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a results‑oriented, proactive mindset.
• Zero tolerance for lateness and a professional appearance as per company dress code.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑centric approach with the ability to translate insights into sales solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset to analyse performance and optimise strategies.
