About the role
The Marketing Officer will support Recruitment Hub Ng by promoting its services and generating new business opportunities across Lagos. This entry‑level position focuses on direct, one‑to‑one marketing activities in offices, organizations, estates, and corporate environments. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates with the sales team to align outreach efforts with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct one‑on‑one marketing visits to potential clients in various settings.
- Introduce and promote company services to prospects.
- Generate quality leads and encourage client referrals.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Achieve weekly and monthly marketing targets.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is an advantage.
