Marketing Executive

About the role

Fredeliz Global Resources is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join its Lagos office. You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth within the healthcare consulting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement intuitive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor advertising and communication campaigns across social media, TV, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, brand awareness levels and competitive activities.
• Develop and manage surveys to gauge customer needs and loyalty.
• Write compelling copy for brochures, press releases, website content and other marketing materials.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to support promotional initiatives.
• Track campaign performance using metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with managers on budget preparation and expense monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role (up to 2 years).
• Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods.
• Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with WebTrends or similar web‑analytics tools.
