Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive hotel room sales and event bookings for our property in Lagos. You will combine digital marketing, corporate outreach and on‑site promotion to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Promote hotel rooms, facilities and services to corporate and individual clients.
• Generate bookings for conferences, seminars, weddings, birthdays and other events.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, event planners and corporate organisations.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, including digital and social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• OND in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently.

What we offer

• Monthly salary NGN 100,000‑150,000 (based on experience).
• 5 % commission on each room sold and occupied.
