Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate will support Permanent Capital Ventures Limited in driving business growth and strengthening the brand within the real‑estate sector. You will work closely with sales, product and design teams to generate qualified leads, onboard new clients and provide valuable market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Represent the company at industry events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and software walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.
• Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure they gain maximum value from the technology.
• Gather user feedback, report bugs and recommend product improvements.
• Plan, implement and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email and social media channels.
• Help shape brand voice, messaging and market positioning.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, design, sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: BSc degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (mid‑level).
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
