About the role

Livingspring Solicitors (LIS) is seeking a full‑time Litigation & Corporate Lawyer to join its Ikeja office. The role involves managing litigation matters and providing corporate legal advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients in court hearings and tribunals.
• Attend client meetings to discuss case strategy and provide counsel.
• Offer corporate advisory services as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years post‑call experience.
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
• Excellent legal drafting and research abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
• Residency within the Ikeja area.
• Experience in debt recovery, commercial litigation or corporate practice is a plus.
