About the role

Adbond Harvest and Homes is seeking a Legal Partner to provide comprehensive legal support for its real‑estate operations in Lagos. The role involves advising management, managing contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance across property and business transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence on properties and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on property, land, and business transactions.
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle legal correspondence and support dispute resolution.
• Liaise with solicitors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and agreements.
• Offer practical legal advice to management on business decisions.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL).
• 2–5 years of relevant post‑call experience.
• Experience in real estate, property law, or commercial law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian property and commercial laws.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, integrity, and professional judgment.
• Ability to provide practical, business‑focused legal advice.
