Learning Management System (LMS) Software Trainer

About the role

KadMap Systems Limited is looking for a contract Learning Management System (LMS) Software Trainer for a 12-month engagement in IT Abuja. The trainer must understand how to use online learning platforms and be able to teach clients how to manage courses, learning materials, learners and other learning activities. The role is purely training; coding, software development and technical integration are not required.

Key responsibilities

• Train clients on how to use the assigned LMS software.
• Demonstrate course creation and management, learner enrolment, learning materials, assignments, quizzes and progress tracking where supported.
• Teach instructors and administrators how to carry out routine learning-management tasks.
• Explain features and reports in clear, accessible language.
• Prepare training materials, practical exercises and step-by-step user guides.
• Guide participants through common tasks and answer questions about application use.
• Adapt training to the needs of schools, businesses, training providers and other learning organisations.
• Assess participants' understanding and identify areas needing further instruction.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience using at least three of the listed LMS software.
• Good understanding of course administration and online learning workflows.
• Ability to demonstrate software features to instructors, administrators and other users.
• Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.
• Ability to prepare clear training materials and practical exercises.
• Experience in education, training, instructional support or learning administration is desirable.
