About the role
Assist the Quality Control Manager in verifying and examining all products to ensure quality requirements and specifications are met, satisfying customer expectations and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine physio‑chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products to ensure conformity with target standards.
- Monitor chemical micro‑feeders to guarantee proper treatment of products with additives and micro‑nutrients.
- Perform regular test baking of production and packing samples to evaluate performance and quality.
- Inspect finished product packaging and weight to ensure compliance with standards.
- Carry out physio‑chemical analysis of diesel supplied to meet strict company standards.
- Participate in plant fumigation exercises.
- Comply with QMS and FSMS regulations and report related issues.
Required profile
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to follow established procedures and quality control processes.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.
