Junior Accountants Officer

About the role

Endless Pharmaceutical Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Accountants Officer to join its finance team in Lagos. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in financial reporting, payment processing, and inventory management within a fast‑growing healthcare company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts.
• Process payments, post journal entries and support monthly performance reporting.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate financial discrepancies using bank statements and other records.
• Post supplier invoices, create inventory records in Tally and participate in quarterly stock counts.
• Use accounting software to match physical stock counts with system records.
• Monitor loan schedules with banks and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform any additional accounting duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.

Required skills

• Tally accounting software.
• General accounting software proficiency.
