IT Support Officer – On-site (Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our Lagos office and provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to staff. You will ensure that hardware, software and network services run smoothly, enabling all departments to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software issues via phone, in person or electronically.
• Perform installations, configurations, updates and maintenance upgrades of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults.
• Manage user accounts, set up new staff logins and resolve related issues.
• Document each support ticket, its resolution and maintain accurate asset records linked to unique identifiers.
• Plan, install, maintain and upgrade IT systems and company infrastructure.
• Ensure all departments have the tools they need for daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. or HND qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, teachable and fast learner.
