ISO Management System Coordinator

About the role

The ISO Management Systems Coordinator will lead the coordination and upkeep of the refinery’s Integrated Management System (IMS). Reporting to the Head of Sustainability & Decarbonization, the role ensures compliance with multiple ISO standards and supports continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the refinery’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Manage certification, surveillance and recertification audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001, liaising with auditors and regulators.
• Develop and maintain IMS policies, procedures, document control systems and performance dashboards.
• Lead internal audit programmes, monitor corrective actions and drive continual improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, quality management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7‑10 years experience in integrated management systems, with at least 3‑5 years coordinating ISO standards in heavy‑industry environments.
• Proven track record of managing certification audits, non‑conformance handling and improvement projects.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards.
• Experience with document control, audit coordination and corrective‑action management.
• Ability to analyse data, produce performance reports and present to senior leadership.
