Investor Services Analyst

About the role

The Investor Services Analyst supports the investment team and clients by maintaining investor accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate portfolio reporting. You will work closely with trade execution, settlement, and accounting functions to deliver reliable data and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Process client investment transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, rollovers, and terminations within agreed timelines.
• Capture, maintain, and validate investor, transaction, portfolio, and accounting data in the Fund Management System.
• Maintain operational records, trade confirmations, and accounting schedules.
• Monitor corporate actions and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Support trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation by liaising with brokers, custodians, and settlement banks.
• Perform daily cash, bank, GL, trade, and portfolio reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Upload and validate market data (equity prices, bond mark‑to‑market prices, fund prices, exchange rates) in the system.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to investment transactions and approved accounting adjustments.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or related finance functions.
• Familiarity with fund management systems and general ledger processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
