Inventory Officer (Electronics)

About the role

The Inventory Officer (Electronics) will maintain accurate stock records, monitor product movement, and ensure efficient inventory control within the Lagos warehouse. The role also requires stepping in for the Warehouse Officer when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Conduct routine stock counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Monitor product inflow and outflow with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Track and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.
• Oversee warehouse operations and stand in for the Warehouse Officer as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management, preferably in electronics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work extended hours (8 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday).
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
