Inventory and Admin Officer

About the role

The Inventory and Admin Officer will oversee stock control and administrative functions for our hospitality operations in Lagos. You will ensure accurate inventory records, support procurement, and maintain essential office documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of food, beverage, packaging, cleaning supplies and other stock items.
• Receive, inspect and record deliveries, verifying quantities, quality and expiry dates.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile physical balances and prepare purchase requisitions.
• Apply FIFO and FEFO methods, monitor usage, wastage and spoilage, and report variances.
• Maintain organised physical and electronic records of invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory, purchasing and stock variance reports.
• Collaborate with kitchen, finance, operations and suppliers to resolve stock issues.
• Support staff attendance, duty schedules and office supply management.

Required profile

• OND in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in inventory management, storekeeping, procurement or administration.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, catering, supermarket or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and store management.
