Information Technology Finance Analyst

About the role

The Information Technology Finance Analyst will oversee all financial and accounting activities within the technology department, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, and financial control. This role acts as a key liaison between technology, finance, procurement, auditors, and business units to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control financial and accounting processes for the technology department.
• Coordinate annual technology financial planning, OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, and monthly reporting.
• Provide insights and financial reports to the Technology Management Committee, Board Technology Committee and other governance bodies.
• Maintain departmental budgets aligned with headcount and strategic objectives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including finance partners, procurement, auditors and business units across PPB, CIB, BCB, GF and Wealth.
• Create, review and control financial procedures, payment request forms and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Investigate GL discrepancies in SAP Finance and respond to ad‑hoc budget queries.
• Prepare monthly and year‑end accruals in line with organizational policies.

Required profile

• BSc in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in cost management, financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, procurement and project management.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to leverage AI and other tools to improve reporting efficiency.
