In-House Luxury Interior Designer (Residential & Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an in‑house Interior Designer to lead the creation of high‑end residential and retail environments for our growing luxury brand. You will translate architectural shells into fully furnished, market‑ready homes and ensure our showrooms reflect a world‑class visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop premium interior concepts, space plans and mood boards for new luxury homes and hospitality projects.
• Select and specify high‑quality FF&E, leveraging our own bedding, bath and fragrance collections.
• Maintain daily visual merchandising standards across all retail stores.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, layouts and specifications for contractors and installers.
• Oversee on‑site installations, manage vendor timelines and ensure flawless execution from shell to handover.
• Engage with buyers and stakeholders to present design concepts and align expectations with luxury market standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a closely related field.
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality or premium retail interiors, preferably in Nigeria.
• Strong presentation, communication and visual styling abilities with an eye for detail.
