HRBP / Business Operations Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner / Business Operations Manager will lead both human‑resources initiatives and business development activities for Thronos Alliance. This senior role combines strategic HR consulting with client acquisition and operational oversight to drive growth and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert corporate clients, building a robust pipeline and strategic partnerships.
• Provide professional HR guidance, overseeing recruitment, talent management and the development of HR policies and consulting solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, setting performance expectations and monitoring productivity.
• Manage day‑to‑day business operations, coordinate client assignments, ensure service delivery and resolve client concerns.
• Work against clearly defined KPIs, driving measurable results in client acquisition, placements, revenue and overall company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, HR consulting, business development or professional services.
• Relevant HR qualification or certification.
• Proven track record in HR practices, talent management and recruitment.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Strong ability to acquire clients and develop business relationships.
