About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Officer to join our team in Lekki‑Ajah, Lagos. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing talent across the organization while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
- Utilise job boards and sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough CV screening and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate feedback to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to fill roles quickly without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with job boards and sourcing platforms.
