About the role
The HR Manager will lead all human resources functions for a micro‑finance organization operating across 20 states in Nigeria. Based in Ikoba, Edo, the role ensures effective recruitment, staff welfare, performance management and policy implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and maintain staff documentation.
- Implement HR policies and procedures and handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor attendance, leave and performance, and coordinate training and development programmes.
- Maintain confidential employee records and support workforce planning and organisational development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3‑5 years proven experience in HR management or administration.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience managing large staff numbers is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using HR software and digital communication tools.
- High computer literacy.

- Competitive net salary of NGN 350,000‑500,000 per month.
