About the role
The College is seeking a dedicated House Mistress or Master to oversee the residential life of students in its Christian missionary boarding environment. This full‑time position involves nurturing a safe, disciplined, and supportive community while contributing to the school’s academic mission.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Implement curriculum and assess student performance.
- Maintain accurate records and manage classroom discipline.
- Mentor and support students on personal and academic matters.
- Utilise teaching aids and promote professional development.
- Collaborate with staff to uphold school values and culture.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- TRCN registration is an advantage.
- Relevant teaching or boarding‑school experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Good character and willingness to work in a Christian missionary boarding setting.
