Healthcare Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Benin City. The role combines direct patient support with training and marketing responsibilities, allowing you to make a tangible impact on patient wellbeing while helping to develop our service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, manual handling, and basic personal care in home or field settings.
• Monitor patient conditions, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate vocational training programs for healthcare students and staff.
• Create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide one‑on‑one guidance.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our healthcare services, generate leads and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• Compassionate and patient‑focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Experience in home care, patient support, or related healthcare settings.
• Interest or background in training delivery or marketing activities is advantageous.
