Head, Treasury Sales

About the role

Providing strategic and commercial leadership for the Company's Treasury & Financial Institutions businesses. The role will have overall responsibility for the performance and growth of the two core business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategies for fund mobilisation, client acquisition and retention, portfolio growth, pricing and revenue generation.
• Develop strong relationships with High‑Net‑Worth Individuals, corporate institutions, retail customers, banks and other financial institutions.
• Oversee effective management of the Company's treasury portfolio, ensuring optimal pricing, liquidity, profitability and risk management in line with strategic objectives and approved policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a senior managerial or leadership role within Treasury, Banking, Financial Institutions, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management or related services.
• Proven track record in fund mobilisation, treasury sales, business/product development and portfolio growth.
• Demonstrated experience managing High‑Net‑Worth Individual, corporate/institutional and/or retail client relationships.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong understanding of financial, liquidity, market and counterparty risks.
