Head of Studio Operations

About the role

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Studio Manager to lead the growth and day‑to‑day operations of a vibrant creator studio in Lagos. This position sits at the crossroads of operations, marketing, community building, and partnership development, helping turn a creative space into a thriving, revenue‑generating platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring the space is well‑maintained, organized, and functional.
• Drive studio bookings, partnerships, and revenue growth through targeted marketing strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, agencies, production teams, and brands.
• Manage studio scheduling, client experience, and overall functionality of the space.
• Supervise staff, vendors, and operational workflows.
• Create initiatives and activations that increase awareness and usage of the studio.
• Track performance metrics such as revenue, occupancy, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital culture, and content production ecosystem.
• Experience in studio management, creative operations, marketing, partnerships, events, hospitality, media, or community building.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Passion for African creativity, culture, and storytelling.
