About the role

The Head of School will provide strategic and operational leadership for MEMOMAC School, a preschool‑to‑Grade 6 institution located in Ikorodu. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality educational programs and upholding the school’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and the design of research‑based educational programs.
• Manage faculty and staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with national educational standards and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and the wider community.
• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to achieve the school’s educational goals.

Required profile

• Experience in curriculum development and research‑based program design.
• Proven abilities in educational leadership and school administration.
• Strong background in education with knowledge of best teaching and learning practices.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with parents, staff, and the community.
• Experience conducting research to improve educational outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (master’s degree or equivalent certification is an advantage).
• Experience in educational settings with a solid understanding of child development and management.
