Head of Product Development - Technologies

About the role

The Head of Product Development will define and drive the strategy, design, and lifecycle of the company’s technology products. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that product initiatives align with business objectives and deliver high‑quality, scalable, customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a product development strategy and roadmap that supports overall business goals.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, and launch through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring market‑leading technology solutions to customers.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor assessments to uncover new product opportunities.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business value, and market trends.
• Establish product development processes, governance structures, and performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop product managers, business analysts, and cross‑functional product teams.
• Drive innovation to keep products competitive, scalable, and commercially viable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management or product development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing technology, SaaS, fintech, digital platforms, or enterprise software products.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into successful product offerings.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum product development methodologies.
• Experience with product roadmap planning and lifecycle management.
• Ability to prioritize features based on data‑driven insights.
