About the role

The Head of Marketing – Core will lead the creation and validation of consumer‑insight driven platforms and solutions that generate profitable top‑line growth. This senior leader will be responsible for driving brand equity, market share and revenue outcomes across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and accelerate brand volume, awareness, penetration, loyalty and premiumisation.
• Translate performance data into short‑term and long‑term commercial actions.
• Champion deep consumer, trade and market insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• Embed data‑driven decision‑making across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute integrated brand plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead front‑end innovation, build a balanced pipeline and ensure speed‑to‑market.
• Define differentiated brand positioning and creative platforms.
• Track, analyse and optimise marketing investments and KPIs.
• Influence senior stakeholders across sales, finance, supply chain and insights.
• Coach and develop talent to build a future‑ready marketing organisation.
