Head of Information Technology

About the role

RenMoney is seeking a senior technology leader to drive automation, maintain robust IT infrastructure, and support software development across the organisation. As Head of Information Technology you will shape the strategic IT roadmap and ensure reliable, scalable services for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve RenMoney’s strategic IT plan aligned with business needs.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, operating guidelines, and performance standards.
• Define annual operating plans and budgets for the IT function and monitor expenses.
• Build and maintain fault‑tolerant network, telephony, hardware, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement rapid CI/CD pipelines for production and testing environments.
• Lead system, hardware, and customer support, including monitoring and incident management.
• Deliver seamless IT services in line with corporate SLAs.
• Oversee the administration of RenMoney’s accounting systems.
• Coordinate delivery of IT solutions according to priorities, plans, and standards.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT, or Computer Engineering (post‑graduate degree or professional qualification essential).
• Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience in IT.
• Preferred 8 years of network administration experience with Windows services.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, A+, and Microsoft certifications.
