Gym Coach

About the role

R & R is seeking an energetic Gym Coach to join its fitness team in Lagos. You will lead group and individual training sessions, ensuring members achieve their health goals in a safe and motivating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness training sessions and demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
• Develop personalized workout plans tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Monitor members during workouts to ensure safety and correct form.
• Motivate and support members to reach their fitness targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym facility.

Required profile

• Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar fitness or coaching role (entry‑level acceptable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, disciplined, and passionate about fitness.
