About the role
Ingenium Communications is seeking a Growth & New Business Manager to lead the expansion of its client portfolio in Lagos. The role combines strategic planning, market research and client relationship management to generate new revenue streams for the agency.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK, Africa and international markets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and hand‑over to delivery teams.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
- Collaborate with creative, media and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in new‑business development and account management, preferably within marketing or advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create detailed business plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Team‑oriented attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
