Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Bardge is seeking a highly analytical Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale its user acquisition, activation, retention and referral engines across B2C and B2B2C channels. You will work directly with the founders, product and operations teams to design experiments, build lifecycle campaigns and shape growth‑focused product features. The role combines data‑driven experimentation with behavioral psychology to create sustainable growth loops.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention and referrals using structured A/B testing.
• Build and optimise lifecycle campaigns on platforms such as Customer.io, covering email, push, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Segment users based on behaviour to drive conversion and long‑term engagement.
• Define, monitor and analyse core growth metrics (install rate, activation, retention, LTV/CAC) and generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, improve event tracking with product and engineering, and support growth initiatives for providers, employers, HMOs and app partners.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven experimentation approach.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics and CRM tools (Customer.io, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Braze or CleverTap).
• Ability to work independently with data; SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
• Startup experience and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
